As technology automates more and more tasks in the Engineering workplace, Success Enabling Skills, like communication, problem solving, self-management, teamwork and leadership become in higher and higher demand. Success Enabling Skills equip individuals to flourish in the workplace, and empower organizations to thrive in the marketplace.
Although Engineering firms rate Success Enabling Skills as the most desirable in their workforce, employers agree these skills are also the hardest to find in entry level and existing Engineers. The Success Enabling Skills gap in the Engineering industry exists because academic degrees largely discount them, certificate programs frequently ignore them, and professional development programs all but overlook them.
ELI has created the Performance Certification System™, an affordable, robust, online curriculum that includes video based trainings, performance certification, and digital badging. The Performance Certification System provides individuals with the skills they need, not only to exceed, but to excel in the workplace, and equips organizations with the ability to empower and engage their employees, improve customer loyalty, and realize unimaginable operating profits.
